The firm has provided advices and drafted contracts relating to commercial leasing of premises including property due diligence; residential leasing for airline senior management; crew arrangements, crew benefits and hotel contracts; staff employment contracts and standard terms and conditions of service; MRO related arrangements & acquisition of an MRO company; GSA agreements, GSA disputes and technical services agreements; IATA agencies and IATA commissions, IATA regulations; BSP and settlement procedures; grant/permission, renewal and continuance of operating permit from the Ministry of Civil Aviation and airline route/permissions; Company Law compliance, air transport operations and AoG avoidance; Inter-airline disputes under code-share and other joint venture arrangements; International Conventions and compliance; Competition Law compliance and extra-territorial mergers requiring approval from the Competition Commission of India; Refurbishment projects; Supply contracts; Consultancy arrangements etc.
