The firm’s Real Estate practice includes advisory work and drafting of property development agreements, infrastructure contracts, construction agreements, highway agreements, contracts for sale of property, leave and license agreements, lease agreements both commercial and residential, conducting due diligence and scrutiny of incorporation documents, review of government and other compliances, land use regulations, foreign investment in real estate projects, acquisitions and title.

The firm also represents clients before various courts in matters related to this sector.

We have represented clients in the Delhi High Court against proposed sealing action sought to be taken by the Government authorities and obtained interim orders in the first few hearings. We have successfully obtained orders from the Supreme Court for de-sealing at a time when the Supreme Court appointed Monitoring Committee was taking sealing action in the whole of Delhi.
