Pasrich & Company^® registered trade-marks (together the "Trademarks"), the website and its content are the property of the registered owner of the said trademarks. The firms - International Law Affiliates, Pasrich & Company, I.L.A. Pasrich & Company and/or I.L.A. Pasrich & Co. (together the "Firm" which expression shall include its owner/s, partners, associates, staff, employees, of counsel or other members), are all subject to and covered by these Terms of Use (hereafter "Terms") governing your legal relationship with the Firm and your use of the Website and related materials belonging to, published by or relating to the Firm, the advocates (denoted as partners, associates or of counsel at the Firm) etc.

2. You unconditionally agree not to take any action to prejudice, abuse, re-write sections or pages, characterise, hack or otherwise diminish in value, re-engineer portions or the whole or otherwise misuse the Website and/or to use or allow/promote any other person's use of the Trademarks or misuse of the Website. You agree not to compromise, misuse any/all intellectual property of the firms named above, whether supplied by way of the Website or otherwise.

3. You agree that the Website only furnishes information that you are deemed to have requested and that the same is supplied as per and in accordance with the Bar Council of India's guidelines and the Advocates Act, 1961 which govern the practice and professional ethics of advocates in India. The Website provides an overview of the Firm/s, areas of practice and relevant content - the Website has been set up for information purposes only. You agree and have understood that the Website is not intended to be an instrument for advertising, nor should any featured content be construed to be legal advice. You agree and accept that any articles, content or materials may not be current and are subject to your independent verification as against current / applicable provisions of law or through legal advice from a licensed professional advocate. You agree and accept that all content on the website, any linked content from social media websites etc. does not constitute legal advice.

4. By clicking on the "I Agree" button on the opening page (before the home page), you acknowledge and accept the foregoing.
