What is it that we do?

The firm’s litigation team has represented clients pan-India before various state High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. With support from tested affiliate and associate practices and our retainers, the firm has acted for clients (dispute resolution) in over 50 towns and cities in India. We have also handled transactional or commercial leasing work in several of these towns and cities.

The firm’s range of litigation experience covers work involving company and commercial disputes, contract and transactional matters, civil law, commercial arbitration, competition law, product liability, employment & labour law, the law of carriage, consumer disputes, international and diplomatic law, white collar crime & economic offences, criminal law and fraud, tenders & public procurement, writ remedies, constitutional and human rights, testamentary and succession law, land & municipal law etc. International Law Affiliates is one of the few firms in India with comprehensive experience in high value commercial arbitration and government procurement procedures. We have a record in the field of public procurement having obtained a final and favourable judgment from the High Court of Delhi in a period of just eight days. ‎We have also successfully pursued matters before the Competition Commission of India and the Competition Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, State Commissions, DRAT, TDSAT and other tribunals.

We have a dedicated corporate law team that is especially equipped for labour and industrial law, real estate leasing and property related documentation, standard agreements, service and purchase agreement documentation, joint ventures, establishment of wholly-owned subsidiaries and related approval procedures, due diligence and other general commercial documentation.
