Managing Partner’s Welcome
Welcome from Amir Singh Pasrich (Founder and Managing Partner)
For a firm that has completed , we feel privileged to have contributed immensely to the litigation and corporate landscape since 1998. The firm has generally avoided publicity and social media, but we enjoy being sought out thanks to our word-of-mouth reputation and the enduring faith of our clients. We pride ourselves on high standards and I feel that this firm exemplifies an unshakeable commitment to the Rule of Law, accurate advice, purposive solutions, dispute resolution in preference to dispute management, efficient dispute management and much more… such as our aim to offer near perfect drafting based on international standards. With several governments, multi-nationals and airlines as our clients, it is no surprise that we have required our lawyers to maintain a quality commitment, but there also remains a tremendous belief in our role as members of Indian society. We offer no short cuts to avoid the merits or the law, and have always believed that only truth must prevail, Satyameva Jayate!
I welcome you to use our website as an informative tool not only about our firm, but, once it has all the content which we hope to be able to upload, you may be able to find developments in the law and our analysis of these.
